Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support, Record-Keeping, Benefits Administration, Compliance, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Grievances

• Support during recruitment activities and shortlisting candidates.

• Maintain accurate employee records including personal information, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and benefits documentation.

• Collect employment and tax information and assist during exit interviews and termination documentation.

• Manage compensation and benefit documentation, resolve payroll errors, and assist in benefits tasks.

• Process compliance service requests, maintain compliance records, and handle administrative duties.

• Manage employee actions related to performance improvement, reassignment, suspension, resignation, retirement, and exits.

• Process final and severance payments and serve as the point of contact after separation.

• Handle employee complaints and grievances, receive incident reports, and track the company’s offense record.


  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • • Educational Qualification: PGDBM-HR/MBA-HR/MHRM
  • • 3-6 Years of relevant experience or proven experience
  • • Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
  • • Excellent knowledge of labor laws
  • • Excellent organizational skills & Strong communications skills
