As a Sales Executive at Mechatron System Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automation machinery sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automation machinery or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the automation industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
