Regional Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking experienced professionals with a proven track record in medical diagnostics distribution channel management to join our team as Regional Channel Managers. This role focuses on creating, developing, and managing a robust distribution network, ensuring seamless collaboration and business growth in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development & Management:
– Identify, onboard, and develop high-potential medical diagnostics distributors in the assigned region.
– Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors to foster loyalty and maximize mutual growth.
– Ensure distributors meet sales targets across all product categories, including reagents and instruments.
Training & Enablement:
– Conduct product and sales training sessions for distributor teams to enhance their capabilities.
– Provide guidance on Immunoshop’s sales strategies and channel policies to ensure alignment.
– Regularly assess distributors performance and suggest improvements.
Sales & Business Growth:
– Drive sales growth through an effective distribution network for key product categories such as CLIA and Hematology, HPLC, Specialty kits instruments and reagents.
– Collaborate with distributors to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Market Penetration:
– Explore and develop new distribution channels in underserved areas to maximize market potential.
– Conduct regular field visits with distributor teams to understand customer needs and enhance market presence.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
– Track distributor performance and ensure adherence to Immunoshop’s standards and goals.
– Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and distribution challenges to the leadership team.
Skills & Competencies
– Strong experience in managing medical diagnostics distributors, with expertise in CLIA or HPLC or Hematology preferred. Strong Relationships with medical diagnostics distributor network in region is Must.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Proven ability to drive business growth through channel strategies.
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum 5-10 years of experience in channel/distribution management within the medical diagnostics industry.
– Non-diagnostics experience will not be considered.
