Job Description:

As a Marketing Intern at Rent An Attire, you will support the marketing team in various tasks aimed at driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and market research within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media trends.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate performance and inform strategy.

2.Content Creation:

  • Develop creative content including blog posts, newsletters, infographics, and videos.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Assist in brainstorming and implementing innovative marketing campaigns.

3.Market Research:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and target audience preferences.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on research findings.

4.Email Marketing:

  • Assist in the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns.
  • Help segment email lists and personalize content to target specific customer groups.
  • Monitor email campaign performance and suggest improvements.

5.Influencer and Partnership Outreach:

  • Identify potential influencers and brand partners.
  • Assist in managing relationships with influencers and tracking campaign results.
  • Support partnership initiatives and event planning.

6.Administrative Support:

  • Assist in maintaining marketing calendars and project timelines.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
  • Help organize and manage marketing assets and files.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and a keen understanding of digital marketing trends.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for fashion and sustainability is a plus.
