We embarked on our journey in 2021 with two ambitious siblings, and now we have a thriving

team that fosters a nurturing work environment. Our online fashion store showcases exciting and

brand-new collections for both women and men, featuring stunning designs that pay special

attention to premium quality fabrics.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction & Satisfaction:

● Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

● Provide personalized fashion advice and assistance to enhance customer

satisfaction.

● Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure a

positive shopping experience.

Sales Conversion & Retention:

● Assist customers in product selection to meet their needs and preferences.

● Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling

techniques.

● Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

● Inventory Management:

● Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking of merchandise.

● Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to maintain accuracy.

● Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure proper stock rotation and minimize

shrinkage.

Billing and Software Management:

● Operate billing software efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly.

● Ensure proper handling of cash, credit, and debit transactions, adhering to

company policies.

Product Knowledge:

● Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, brand offerings, and fabric types.

● Educate customers on product features, benefits, and care instructions.

● Participate in product training sessions to enhance knowledge and sales

techniques.


Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail fashion stores.

Education: Completed 12th grade; a degree in any discipline is preferred.

Skills:

● Presentable personality with a strong fashion sense.

● Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

● Strong selling and upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities.

● Proficiency in handling billing software and other retail management systems.

● Knowledgeable about fashion trends, fabrics, and product care.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1.8 LPA - ₹2.4 LPA per annum*

Schedule: Weekend Availability

Supplemental pay types: Performance Bonus
