Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Image Retoucher to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing, editing, and retouching digital images to meet the specific requirements and objectives of our clients. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and proficiency in Photoshop and Capture One.


Responsibilities:

  • Retouch and enhance digital images using industry-standard software, such as Adobe Photoshop.
  • Apply advanced image manipulation techniques to achieve desired results, including color correction, background removal, Dodge and Burn, Frequency Separation, and composition adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with photographers, art directors, and clients to understand and execute the creative vision for each project.
  • Ensure that the final images meet the highest quality standards and client specifications within the given deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and software in image retouching and actively share knowledge with the team.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation of all retouched images and related project details.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience as an Image Retoucher.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard retouching software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Capture One.
  • Strong knowledge of fast eCom editing, background cutting, and high-end retouching.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective communication skills to understand client requirements and collaborate with the team.
