Role Description

  • Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Utilize and optimize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads, streamline workflows, and automate sales processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling to expand the client base.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and industry insights to optimize sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, provide sales performance reports, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize social media platforms to promote products and drive sales.
  • Engage with customers online and in-store, providing personalized service and addressing inquiries.
  • Created and managed content for social media marketing, including product photography and basic editing.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and promotional activities.
  • Represent the company at domestic and international trade shows and client meetings.
  • Assist with organizing and executing promotional campaigns to boost sales.
  • Stay current on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Handle sales transactions efficiently and ensure a smooth customer experience across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and experience in driving customer engagement through digital platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with customers both online and in person.
  • Basic skills in photography and editing (preferred but not required).
  • Strong analytical skills to track and assess sales performance and customer trends.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Location flexibility, with a willingness to commute to Ludhiana 3 days a week (commute expenses covered).
