  • Test Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on mobile devices.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the application.


  • Automation Testing:


  • Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Appium, Selenium, or similar.
  • Maintain and update automated test suites to ensure coverage and effectiveness.


  • Collaboration:


  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to understand requirements and provide feedback on functionality and usability.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings as part of the Agile/Scrum development process.


  • Quality Assurance:


  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for mobile application testing.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Perform root cause analysis for defects and provide recommendations for solutions.
  • Documentation:


  • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Provide clear and detailed bug reports, ensuring reproducibility and accurate descriptions.
  • Proven experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium, XCTest, Espresso).
  • Familiarity with both iOS and Android platforms, including different device types and operating system versions.
