YUVAKAA, a leading Western wear fashion brand under Transcontinental Celebration World Pvt Ltd, is seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Senior Fit Expert Technician. This pivotal role is crucial for ensuring our apparel meets the highest standards of fit, quality, and comfort, reflecting our commitment to excellence in the fashion industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Fit Analysis: Conduct comprehensive fit analysis for men’s and women’s apparel, ensuring superior fit and comfort across all sizes.
  • Sample Evaluation and Approval: Rigorously evaluate and approve garment samples, providing in-depth feedback to the design and production teams to achieve the perfect fit.
  • Expert Pattern Adjustments: Make precise adjustments to patterns based on fit sessions and detailed feedback, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and quality.
  • Lead Fit Sessions: Organize and lead extensive fit sessions, collaborating closely with models and cross-functional teams to refine garment fit to perfection.
  • Technical Documentation and Standards: Maintain meticulous technical documentation, including measurement charts and fit reports, while upholding YUVAKAA’s stringent fit and quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all garments meet or exceed YUVAKAA’s high standards for fit, quality, and construction before mass production.


Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Fit Technician or similar role in the fashion industry, with significant expertise in both men’s and women’s apparel.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in pattern making, garment construction techniques, and fit adjustments.
  • Detail-Oriented and Analytical: Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to provide precise, actionable feedback on garment fit.
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with design, production, and quality teams.
  • Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Design, or related field, with additional certifications in fit and pattern making preferred.
