Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant
Hero Vired is seeking a Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential learners and guiding them through our enrolment process.

What You'll Do
As a Learning Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound calls and following up with leads to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Engaging with prospective candidates through various channels, including telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats.
- Building impactful discussions with candidates to help them enroll in our programs.
What You'll Do
As a Learning Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound calls and following up with leads to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Engaging with prospective candidates through various channels, including telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-5 years of experience in a B2C sales environment with a proven track record of sales achievements.
- A solid understanding of Dialer Operations and CRM management, specifically with tools such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, and NoPaperForms.
- Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
