Presales Engineer

Position: Pre-sales engineer


Qualification: Engineer with MBA


Reporting to: VP Solution Engineering


Location: Ghansoli, Mahape, Maharastra


Key Responsibilities:


Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical guidance and recommendations on how our solutions can address their business challenges.


Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to design customized solutions that meet client requirements and align with our service offerings.


Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions, effectively articulating value propositions to potential clients.


Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, pain points, and objectives, translating them into actionable solutions.


Proposal Development: Assist in the development of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


Proof of Concept (PoC) Support: Lead or support the implementation of proof of concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our solutions.


Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, addressing client inquiries and technical concerns.


Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development and sales strategies.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA degree preferred.

Fresher or proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably within the management consultancy or technology industry.


Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and develop. innovative solutions.


Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.


Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth
