Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fintech-National Sales Head located in Mumbai. The National Sales Head will be responsible for business planning, team management, channel sales, and overall sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing onboarding curated retail shops on the platform, driving Gross Transaction Value through these retail shops, engaging with franchisee holders and stockists to onboard their retailers through a distributed sales team.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in building business in Fintech/Telecom/FMCG/payments bank/Insurance
- Team Management and Channel Sales skills
- Proven track record in sales leadership and business development
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
