Projekt Street is a multi-brand homegrown streetwear store located in kalaghoda, Mumbai. It has 15+ premium and luxury streetwear brands in the store. Our vision is to provide high-quality pieces to the public whilst allowing new customers to have a taste of streetwear in India.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a retail store manager at Projekt Street in Mumbai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining communication with customers and suppliers.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Communication, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
  • Proven experience in managing retail stores
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Multitask
  • Quick learner and fashion-oriented
  • Must know streetwear culture and Indian streetwear.
