Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Support Engineer to manage and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP instances. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement, ensuring smooth system operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing business processes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, system administration expertise, and experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:Oracle Fusion Instance Management:
  • Monitor, maintain, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP instances, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including user management, role assignments, security settings, and workflow configurations.
  • Manage Oracle quarterly updates, patches, and performance optimizations to ensure system stability.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Provide L1/L2 support for Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, HCM, and Procurement modules.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, workflow failures, and performance bottlenecks in the Oracle Cloud environment.
  • Work with Oracle Support (SRs) and internal teams to resolve system-related incidents.
User Support & Training:
  • Assist business users with functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enhance system usability.
  • Develop best practices, SOPs, and FAQs for system operations and issue resolution.
Integrations & API Management:
  • Support Oracle Fusion integrations with third-party applications (HRMS, CRM, Finance, etc.).
  • Manage SOAP/REST APIs, web services, and middleware (OIC, SOA Suite, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize data loads, FBDI uploads, and ADFdi templates for bulk data processing.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Analyze system logs, database queries, and performance metrics to detect issues early.
  • Optimize Oracle Fusion configurations, BI reports, and scheduled processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance across Oracle Fusion instances.
Compliance & Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed system documentation, including configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting logs.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud security best practices and audit requirements.
  • Work closely with finance, HR, procurement, and IT teams to align system support with business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP administration and support.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement modules.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Security, User Role Management, and Workflow Configurations.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP/REST APIs, FBDI, and BI Publisher.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Fusion ERP issues, system errors, and integration failures.
  • Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PLSQL, and OTBI/BI Publisher report development.
  • Experience in Oracle quarterly patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
