Job Description:

We are seeking a Service Engineer with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) and Environmental Monitoring industries. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the operation and maintenance aspects.

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree or equivalent technical qualifications in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in service and maintenance of environmental monitoring products in the water industry.

Responsibilities:

• On-site installation, validation, and commissioning of instruments.
• Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing instruments.
• Providing technical support to external customers at their locations.
• Conducting on-site training for customers.
• Maintaining timely and necessary documentation as per requirements.
• Creating and maintaining service information in the company’s enterprise database.
• Professionally handling field service calls and issues arising from field service visits.
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and implementing any necessary corrective actions.
• Managing data transmission for online systems.
• Performing miscellaneous duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer.
