Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for managing our inventory system and performing data entry tasks. Additionally, you will assist with other computer-related duties as needed.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales, and shipments using our inventory management system.
  • Perform data entry tasks to input and update product information, customer details, and sales transactions.
  • Create and manage databases for various purposes.
  • Assist with organizing and categorizing digital files and documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Good English speaking ability.




Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data entry and inventory management (At least 5 years of experience)
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A computer background is preferred. A btech, bca/mca adds brownie points.




Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail environments.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools.
