With a focus on innovation and operational excellence, the company is seeking experienced professionals who can bring strategic and technological depth to optimize business processes across key functional domains..RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify and improve FMCG workflows through digital and process transformation.Implement automation and ERP solutions tailored for beverages and flavours.Optimize supply chain networks to reduce waste and boost efficiency.Align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.Provide consultative insights to management and technical teams.8+ years in FMCG operations — preferably beverages/flavours.Proven experience in process automation, SCM, or ERP implementation.Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality systems, and compliance.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaborative and results-driven professional.Process Automation – Implementing automation across production, quality, or packaging lines.Supply Chain Management (SCM) – End-to-end optimization of demand planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.ERP Systems – Deployment or enhancement of ERP modules for manufacturing, finance, or operations (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
