Position Title: Process Trainer – Lending Segment (Business Loan)

Location: Noida

Experience Required: 4-8 years in training, specifically in the lending domain (Loans preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time



Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Trainer to join our team. The role involves designing and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees in the Business Loan segment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the lending process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering teams with knowledge.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct onboarding and regular training sessions for new hires and existing employees on business loan processes, products, compliance, and customer handling.
  • Content Development: Develop and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules tailored to the lending domain.
  • Process Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational workflows and update training programs to align with new processes and guidelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics; provide insights for improvement.
  • Compliance Training: Ensure all employees are trained on regulatory requirements, fraud detection, and risk management in the lending space.
  • Support and Coaching: Offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees for improved performance and career development.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and assessments; prepare regular reports for leadership teams.



Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or related field preferred).
  • 4-8 years of experience in training, preferably in the lending/financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Loan products, underwriting processes, loan documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and identify skill gaps.
  • Certification in training (e.g., Train the Trainer, NLP) is an added advantage.
