Key ResponsibilitiesManage and evolve product backlog, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals.Translate lending workflows and customer needs into clear technical deliverables.Act as Scrum Master — lead Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive process improvements.Conduct business analysis to elicit requirements, map workflows, and validate solutions.Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and compliance teams to prioritize and deliver key features.Lead modernization projects — migrations (C++ → .NET Core/Java), cloud transitions, and secure data pipelines.Prioritize roadmap based on customer value, complexity, and compliance.Promote Agile best practices to improve collaboration across distributed teams.Support integrations with client and third-party systems ensuring quality and scalability.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.5+ years as Product Owner/Technical PM in fintech, lending, or B2B domain.Proven record in modernization/migration (monolith → microservices, ETL, cloud-native).Hands-on with .NET Core, C++, Java, Angular, Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions.Proficient in Jira, ADO, and GitHub Projects for Agile backlog and sprint planning.Experience in distributed enterprise setups with multi-region governance.Preferred QualificationsDeep understanding of lending products (term, syndicated, asset-based loans).Knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory frameworks.Certified in Scrum, Agile, or relevant technical disciplines.Skills & CompetenciesStrategic thinker focused on execution and delivery.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.Skilled at managing enterprise-level governance and risk.Advocate for Agile excellence and team mentorship.
