We are looking for Managerial level candidates to on Poland / European HR Operations Who can work with Tier 1 Information Technology companies.

Prior experience with IT companies & Poland / European Operations is mandatory.

Working Hours : UK Shift

Experience : 9+ Yrs

Job Location : Bangalore, Hybrid.


Role & Responsibilities:


Play the role of HR Business partner and effectively implement the HR operations for the country.

Support the country specific HR operations and employee life cycle - employee onboarding, leave management, supporting payroll inputs, employee separation process, exit interviews, understating and supporting country specific Benefits plans and the employee communication linked with each area in consultation with the Global Benefits, HR Shared services team and the Global Business HR Head

Implement and support the Performance Management process for the country, focusing on quality of talent impacting synergies of decisions and actions for the country in consultation with SL HR & Global Business HR

Identify talent retention challenges and develop retention plan for the geo in alignment with global retention EVP plan in consultation with B SL HR & Global Business HR

Develops and implements plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness, and foster inclusion for the country

Support training and development activities to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, and in accordance with the global organization’s policies and standards etc in consultation with the business leaders ,Global L&C team, Geo HR and Global Business HR Head

Remain current with employment laws and regulations for the country. Maintain an effective program of compliance with laws and regulations related to human resources in consultation with the Legal team, Geo HR and Global Business HR Head

Review and support areas of compliance like local labor law compliance, legal compliance, occupational health and safety, etc in consultation with the Legal team, Geo HR and Global Business HR Head

Execute E-Sat survey for the country and prioritizes and actionizes the E-Sat survey findings for country in consultation with the Business leaders and Global Business HR Head

Anchor the POSH, grievance redressal and disciplinary actions for the country in consultation with the central Posh team

Serve as a HR consultant and trusted advisor to the geo management team on all talent related issues
