Mid-level product Owner with a strong understanding of product development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals, and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:

· Product Vision and Roadmap: Assist in defining the product vision and roadmap in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

· Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements and user stories.

· Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects current priorities and is aligned with the product roadmap.

· Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings to help define sprint goals and ensure the development team understands the requirements.

· User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.

· Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and managing expectations.

· Product Development: Work closely with the development team to ensure that products are developed according to specifications and delivered on time.

· Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and ensure it meets user needs.


Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a product owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment.


Technical Skills:

o Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

o Familiarity with product management software and tools.

o Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.


Soft Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

o Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
