These positions are strictly focused on Talent Acquisition/ Attraction.Depending on the role, your Responsibilities include:Process Ownership: End-to-end recruitment across a variety of rolesAccount & Stakeholder management: Key Client relationshipsVendor Management: Recruiting Vendor engagementsRevenue objectives: Achieve placement, revenue and engagement objectivesTypes of hiring, include: Technology hiring, Non IT roles, Executive / leadership hiring, International placements, Bulk hiring, and Staffing (Domestic/ International)You must:Have Proven experience in some of the above mentioned types of hiring Be a High Energy individual who is Passionate about recruiting & truly love the huntHave an Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful, responsible & a problem solverAn excellent communicator & confident with stakeholdersSavvy: Adept with online productivity and popular ATS toolsWilling to work in a small/ high powered team with minimal supervisionWho we prefer (Not mandatory): Immediate / Early joinersDiversity candidates, including experienced Women rejoining after a career break.Experience / Resourcefulness to acquire new clients.
