Job Summary:

The FOT member is responsible for maintaining discipline within the classroom environment and overseeing allocated floor activities. They play a pivotal role in relaying daily academic and non-academic communications to faculty and students, ensuring smooth operation of class sessions, addressing concerns promptly, and facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Class/Test Management/Technical:

  • Arrive 30 minutes before class for testing in the morning once in a day.
  • Ensure adherence to classroom rules and regulations
  • Distribute study materials,etc. on time.
  • Take attendance if needed.
  • Support test invigilation online and offline.
  • Maintain discipline
  • Provide support to faculty
  • Perform checks on equipment
  • Ensure timely updates of required software, folders, and assets.
