About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Initial Onboarding (First 30 Days):
- Gain a deep understanding of our business model, services, and client journey.
- Collaborate with team members to align with our growth goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and understand industry trends.
Driving Growth (First 3 Months):
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through direct sourcing, networking, and partnerships.
- Understand client needs and deliver impactful pitches and proposals.
- Oversee the sales cycle, including negotiations and closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Contribute to discussions on enhancing offerings and client value.
Strengthening Client Relationships (6 Months and Beyond):
- Support marketing initiatives through campaigns and events to identify growth opportunities.
- Build lasting client relationships through regular check-ins and feedback collection.
- Provide market insights to align strategies with business goals and industry dynamics.
