Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.


**Java Technology Expertise:**

Possess strong knowledge of Java technologies and frameworks to guide technical decision- making and provide support to the development team.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Java development.


**Team Leadership:**

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance on technical issues and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.


**Risk Management:**

Identify potential risks and challenges in project development and implement mitigation strategies.

Proactively addressissues that may impact projecttimelines and deliverables.



**Client Interaction:**

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather projectrequirements and provide regular updates on project progress.

Manage clientexpectations and ensurecustomer satisfaction.


**Quality Assurance:**

Implement and maintain qualityassurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Collaborate with QA teams to establishtesting procedures.



**Budgeting and Resource Management:**

Develop and manage projectbudgets, ensuring optimalutilization of resources.

Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.



**Documentation:**

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and other relevant documentation.

Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.


**Technical Skills:**

Proficiency in Java programming and associated technologies.

Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile,Scrum).


**Communication Skills:**

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
