Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior IT Engineer (Software Support) at Santhi Hospital - India located in Kozhikode. The Junior IT Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving software-related issues for the hospital staff. They will also assist in maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software systems, ensuring smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.


Qualifications

  • MCA /B.E.Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Skill in providing technical support and troubleshooting software issues
  • Knowledge of healthcare domain will be considered as an advantage
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and network systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Depends upon situation, need to extend duty time ( May be earlier too)


Experience

  • 1 year experience in relevant field.
