About Role - In this role with Brand Comms Team, you will oversee all aspects of the Emeritus Organic Social Media and Brand content creation and design. You will have the opportunity to inspire global learners to transform their careers by selecting high-quality education from world’s best schools
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Brand Channel: Develop compelling social media content and creatives that reflects the Emeritus brand, resonates with audiences, and supports established social strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Analyze and optimize content to maximize engagement, leveraging insights from social media analytics.
- Stay current with social media trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep Emeritus’ content fresh and relevant.
- Corporate Communications Support:Corporate Events: Develop social content and creative assets for key events and campaigns, including annual newsletters, investor announcements, and award recognitions campaigns.Social Media Toolkits: Design toolkits for corporate announcements and campaigns to ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels.
- Internal Communications Initiatives: Social and email content support for internal campaigns, including contests, R&R, special celebrations and initiatives, Women ERG initiatives, and culture-building efforts.

- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous about grammar, design consistency, and branding.
- Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing digital landscape.
- Data-Driven: Ability to interpret analytics and adapt strategies for better engagement.Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Mass Media or a related field (preferred).
- 7–8 years of experience in content writing and graphic design, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for social media.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute brand-aligned campaigns across various touchpoints.
- Strong creative values, with a clear understanding of business objectives.
- Experience in interpreting data to guide content and creative processes.
- A self-motivated, energetic team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice.
