Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, and supporting the organization in its people-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
- Process and manage monthly payroll activities, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other employee benefits.
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports for audit and internal purposes.
- Liaise with finance teams to reconcile payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies.
2. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management system.
- Collaborate with department heads to align performance goals with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate performance reviews, feedback sessions, and training programs for employees and managers.
- Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
3. People Operations
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, performance, and HR policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and well-being initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate and manage employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries regarding benefits, payroll, leave policies, and HR procedures.
Support training and development initiatives by coordinating schedules and maintaining training records.
Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and follow-ups.
Generate HR reports and provide data analysis for decision-making.
Monitor attendance, leave, and timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience in an HR role or internship.
Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS tools is preferred.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
