Scope of the role:The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates for various IT positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Main Responsibility and Activities:Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates.Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Pipeline Management: Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Offer Management: Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers, and negotiate terms with candidates as needed.Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing strategies.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.Education Qualification & Skills Required:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.ATS Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and inclusive work environmentHow to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and interest in the position to hr@fiicc.in.
