  • Exceptional with problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools.
  • Knowledge of additional programming language and tools.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Leadership:
  • Define and implement the overall test automation strategy and framework using Playwright and C#.
  • Lead the development and maintenance scalable and robust test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Mentor and guide a team of test automation engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.


  • Framework and Tool Development:
  • Architect and design test automation solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and efficient.
  • Develop custom tools and utilities to support the test automation processes.
  • Integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure seamless and automated release processes.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage through the creation of detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical oversight to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Analyze test results, identify tends, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and drive quality from the beginning of the development process.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of test automation efforts and quality metrics.
  • Advocate for test automation and quality with the organization, driving a culture of excellence.

  • Experience with other automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
  • Knowledge of performance and load testing tools.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and C#.
  • Creative comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover various functionalities of the application.
  • Ensure that test automation frameworks are scalable and maintainable.


  • Test Execution and Reporting:
  • Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality.
  • Report and document software defects and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Generate test reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Continuously enhance the test automation framework to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends and best practices in test automation and incorporate them into the test strategy.
  • Collaboration:
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the codebase.
