Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Analyst with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and multinational corporation (MNC) experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of business analysis experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights and solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lead initiatives across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to meet business needs.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate ideas and findings effectively.
  • Gather critical information from stakeholder meetings and produce detailed reports.
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and align with overall goals.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support project delivery.
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing projects, developing plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Update, implement, and maintain procedures and standards.
  • Monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Stay current with industry advancements and recommend improvements for process automation and system modernization.
Qualifications
  • Education: B.E, B.Tech, MCA, or B.Sc (I.T).
  • Certifications: IIBA Certified (CCBA or CBAP certification preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in business analysis, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in business process optimization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and experience working in MNC environments.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
Additional Requirements
  • Candidates with relevant experience from non-engineering or science backgrounds will be considered.
  • Experience in conducting JAD sessions is mandatory.
