Key Responsibilities: 

Develop & Implement Email Strategy: 

  • Design and execute a high-performing email marketing strategy aligned with business goals. 
  • Create customer-centric email flows, campaigns, and newsletters to maximize engagement and conversions. 

Email List Management & Segmentation: 

  • Build and maintain email lists, segments, and subscriber groups to enhance targeting. 
  • Optimize list growth strategies through lead magnets, opt-in forms, and A/B testing. 

Setup & Optimize Email Flows: 

  • Create and manage automated email sequences (flows) such as:  
  • Welcome Series 
  • Abandoned Cart Recovery 
  • Post-Purchase Follow-Ups 
  • Win-Back Campaigns 
  • Lead Nurturing Flows 
  • Continuously analyze, optimize, and personalize flows for improved performance. 

Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking: 

  • Plan, schedule, and execute promotional email campaigns to drive conversions. 
  • A/B test subject lines, email content, and CTAs to improve open rates and click-through rates. 
  • Track key metrics like open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and conversion rates to measure success. 

Deliverability & Compliance: 

  • Ensure high email deliverability and low spam rates through best practices. 
  • Stay compliant with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations. 

Collaboration & Reporting: 

  • Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to create high-quality email assets. 
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 

Requirements & Skills: 

Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on lead generation & engagement. 

Strong expertise in Klaviyo & Mailchimp, including setting up flows, segments, and automation. 

Knowledge of A/B testing, personalization, and behavioral triggers to optimize email performance. 

Ability to analyze email metrics & generate insights to improve campaign results. 

Experience with copywriting & designing visually engaging email templates. 

Strong understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance regulations. 

Familiarity with eCommerce & B2B email marketing best practices is a plus.
