Must Have:


Hands on working experience of End User Computing/Desktop Support (Windows & MAC ) SCCM, Basic Understanding of Windows Server Environment.

Good Understanding of ITSM process

Responsible for leading the technical team, and responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables per ITIL (incidents, SR, CR etc.)

Escalation for End user computing issues and complains received from business users.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders by having periodic reviews of overall end user computing service delivery.

Effort analysis, work allocation, resource planning and optimization.

Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports (internal and to client)

Work closely with the clients and business and IT team.

Making sure that team is adhering the policy and compliance.

Creation of SOP, KEDB, and other technical documents/ training manual etc.

Good communication, presentation, and articulation skill

Result oriented person who should be able to work under pressure and strict timeline,

Knowledge of Change Management, Release Management and Incident Management, Problem management.
