  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance agile processes and practices within the teams, leveraging feedback and lessons learned to optimize delivery.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and dependencies, working with the team and stakeholders to mitigate them and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor for junior scrum masters and other team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior role, preferably within the supply chain, retail, or e-commerce domain.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Advanced certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Agile Coach are highly desirable.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), and best practices, with a proven track record of successful agile implementations.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and procurement, particularly within the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
