Job Description: Assistant Manager/Manager of Sales – Academy and Partnerships
Summary: Kickstart Football Academy presents a unique opportunity for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Sales Manager. This role offers the chance to drive sales and revenue growth through various initiatives, including school partnerships, academy enrolments, and event management, all within a football-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. School Partnerships:
a) Establish and maintain partnerships with schools to take complete control of their football programs.
b) Ensure the formation of school teams and organize tournaments, inter-class matches, and coaching sessions.
c) Develop and implement after-school football programs.
2. Academy Enrolment and Seasonal Camps:
a) Drive regular academy and seasonal camp enrolment, meeting management's expectations.
b) Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to attract new students.
c) Maintain relationships with existing students and their families, ensuring retention and referrals.
3. Revenue Generation through Events and Facility Bookings:
a) Organize and conduct tournaments for different age categories to create visibility and engagement.
b) Manage venue bookings and event scheduling to maximize revenue.
c) Develop and implement strategies to promote facility utilization and increase bookings.
4. Sales and Marketing:
a) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
b) Leverage social media and emerging trends to promote the academy and its offerings.
c) Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with international schools.
d) Represent the academy at school events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports academy sales or a related field.
· Awareness of the local demography (Bangalore north,Hennur) will be an advantage
· Passion for football and experience playing the sport, at least at the school and college levels.
· Strong computer skills and proficiency in using relevant software and applications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
· Willingness to travel as required.
