We at Jio are hiring for Manager Risk Management & Internal Controls - Navi Mumbai
Ideal Requirements
Experience & Educational Qualifications:
CA 2020/21 would be preferred with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Industry Preferred : Service
Key responsibilities:
- Track all Significant Level of Deficiency (SLOD) exceptions and ensure closure by addressing system correctness or process correction.
- Automate reports and develop live dashboards to provide real-time insights into riskmanagement and internal control metrics.
- Create process maps business processes, and other relevant areas, facilitating better understanding and documentation of workflows.
- Conduct risk assessments and draft risk identification, assessment, and control measures to mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review scope definitions, existing processes, and identify exceptions, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Lead efforts to minimize observations in audits by implementing robust internal controls and compliance measures.
Skills and Attributes of Candidate:
- - Strong understanding of risk management principles, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboard creation for automation of reports.
- - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.
- - Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring accuracy and completeness in all deliverables.
- - Prior experience in Risk Management/Statutory Audit would be advantageous.
