Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI/ML Architect to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As an AI/ML Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop scalable models, and architect solutions that leverage the power of AI/ML technologies.


Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.

- Design end-to-end AI/ML solutions that align with business goals.

- Create architectural blueprints, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

2. Model Development:

- Lead the development of machine learning models and algorithms.

- Work closely with data scientists to implement and optimize models.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.

3. Data Management:

- Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering processes.

- Ensure data quality and integrity for effective model training and deployment.

4. Technology Stack:

- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks and tools.

- Implement best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts.

- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

2. 4-8 years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

3. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful AI/ML solutions.

4. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

5. Experience with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

6. Solid understanding of data engineering principles and practices.

7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

9. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
