About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Fiori Technical Consultant with 7-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Fiori architecture, development, and deployment. This role requires proficiency in SAP UI5, OData services, and backend integration with SAP systems. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Fiori applications to enhance user experience and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Fiori Development:
  • Design and develop custom SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Enhance standard Fiori applications and adapt them to meet business requirements.
  • Implement Fiori Launchpad configuration and customizations.
  • Backend Integration:
  • Develop and maintain OData services for Fiori applications.
  • Integrate Fiori applications with SAP backend systems (ECC, S/4HANA).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Project Management:
  • Participate in project planning and execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Manage and coordinate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and feedback.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Debug and fix issues identified during the testing phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Extensive experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Strong experience with SAP Gateway and OData service development.
  • Familiarity with SAP backend systems like ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of SAP Web IDE and SAP Business Application Studio.
  • Experience:
  • 7-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Fiori application development.
  • Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and upgrade projects.
  • Experience in performance tuning of SAP Fiori applications.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification in Fiori or UI5.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SAP Mobile Platform and Fiori mobile development.
  • Experience in SAP Cloud Platform.
