Role description
We’re a fast-growing startup on the lookout for a dynamic sales professional with 1-3 years of experience, specifically within the HR industry, to join our team in India. This is not your typical internship. As our Sales and Marketing Intern, you’ll work directly with the founders, gaining hands-on experience in creating and executing marketing and sales strategies. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our brand’s growth, contribute ideas, and see them come to life. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the world of startups and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Funnel Development: Collaborate with the founders to design and implement a comprehensive marketing funnel that attracts, nurtures, and converts leads.
- Sales Funnel Creation: Help build and optimize the sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, helping to tailor our messaging and outreach.
- Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Campaign Management: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, tracking their performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on your activities, including metrics on lead generation, campaign performance, and overall funnel effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proactive & Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter who is eager to learn, take initiative, and make a difference in a startup environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creativity: Ability to generate fresh ideas for content and marketing strategies that align with our brand.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable with data analysis and making insights-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Digital Tools: Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms) and CRM systems is a plus.
