This role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and a deep understanding of revenue processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAR Leadership & GovernanceOversee end-to-end accounts receivable functions and reporting.Ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness of financial records.Develop and drive AR policies, controls, and best practices.Collections Strategy & Dispute ManagementLead efforts for improving cash flow and reducing outstanding receivables.Handle high-value escalations and complex client disputes.Monitor AR aging and implement corrective action plans.Revenue Recognition & ComplianceEnsure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP requirements.Oversee accurate revenue recognition and audit readiness.Partner with internal stakeholders to improve billing processes.Team & Stakeholder ManagementLead, mentor, and develop the AR team.Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Operations to resolve billing issues.Provide leadership in performance reviews and operational reporting.Required Skills & Qualifications6+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable with leadership exposure.Strong expertise in collections strategy, dispute resolution, and compliance.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Tools (Good to Have)NetSuiteSalesforceJira
