Craftverse is seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to shape the future of our website and apps. Our platform features a suite of software products designed to provide a central, high-quality, robust, and extensible toolset with a consistent and stable user experience.

Your Role at Craftverse: As a UX/UI Designer on the Website and Apps Operations Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in influencing how our technology evolves and how our internal teams develop applications that bring significant value to our users. You will collaborate closely with teammates in an agile environment, engaging in product discovery, design sprints, and usability testing. Your work will directly impact the user experience across Craftverse’s diverse digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across all products.
  • Accessibility: Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines to provide an inclusive user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices, continuously improving Craftverse’s design processes and outcomes.

Skills & Experience:

  • UX/UI Design Experience: Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
  • Prototyping & Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Visual Design: Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Interaction Design: Experience creating interactive prototypes and animations.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments, participating in design sprints and iterative design processes.

Bonus Points:

  • Frontend Development: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
  • Design Systems: Experience building and maintaining design systems.
  • Analytics: Familiarity with user analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
  • Accessibility Standards: In-depth knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
