POST: Social Media & Content Intern

ROLE TYPE: Full time (In Office)

LOCATION: Vasant Vihar, Delhi

STARTING DATE: Immediately

DURATION: 3 months (to be made permanent on successful completion of internship)

ABOUT US

Boost is a boutique audience acquisition and growth strategy firm. Founded in 2018, we work with the purpose of enabling start-ups and SMEs overcome barriers to scale and achieve greater impact with their strategic and marketing initiatives. The current position is to support mandates in Education, & Healthcare verticals. The founding team comprises ISB, XLRI alumni, a serial entrepreneur (with successful exits) and ex senior management from global leading corporations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Create compelling and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, & LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our online community.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and use insights to optimize content strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Assist in the development of a content calendar and contribute creative ideas for social media content, blog posts, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Own and drive implementation of compelling website content, including product/service descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages, to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine visibility and user experience.
  • Monitor website analytics and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, contributing creative ideas for website design, layout, and user interface enhancements.


SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in any field with demonstration of academic achievement.
  • Social media and tech-savvy
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Knowledge, demonstrable interest and understanding of social media platforms and best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends
  • Intermediate Google and Microsoft suite knowledge: Excel, Google Forms, etc.
  • Keen learner, self starter with high integrity
  • Detail-oriented with organisational skills
  • Can-do attitude
