Job Scope: Systems Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. The position works closely with internal teams and is responsible for configuration and troubleshooting of Karix products. Candidates should be familiar with Ruby or Python, Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely.Job Location: ChennaiWhat You'd Do?Implement integrations requested by Internal teams / customersProvide Level 2 technical support and queries coming from Internal teamsBuild tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experiencePerform root cause analysis for production errorsInvestigate and resolve technical issues, Deploy updates and fixesDevelop scripts to automate visualizationDesign procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance24*7 support, should be flexible for shiftsWhat You'd Have?0-2 years of relevant experienceShould have basic knowledge on ITILStrong hands-on Linux Administration & troubleshooting, Scripting, VMware, Cron scheduling for backups, LVM,Basics on Java, C++, Ansible, Nginx, Apache, TomcatNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing)Basic knowledge on UAT-DC-DR environment, VAPT, SCD, SCR, SAN StorageBasic Knowledge on MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, Backup & restore, CommvaultAny other technical exposure to different technologies will be an advantageInstallation of packages, patch management and upgradesBasic Understanding of Languages (Shell scripting, Python, Perl)Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
