Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Senior Technical Lead with more than 12 years of technical experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing scalable solutions using AWS, Node.js, and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in designing and leading projects, especially in cloud-native environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Solution Architect on assigned products and projects, confirming technical architecture standards and design patterns.
  • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, particularly in Node.js and MySQL.
  • Lead backend-focused teams in project planning, development, and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with SOC 2 certification and other security standards.
  • Participate in customer calls, offering technical and architectural insights.


Qualifications:

  • Over 12 years of technical experience with at least 5 years as a technical lead or solution architect.
  • Extensive experience in application development using Node.js, AWS Cloud Services, and databases like MySQL.
  • Proven experience in architecting and designing complex digital applications using n-tier architecture.
  • Strong customer-facing experience, preferably with clients in the USA and Europe.
  • Excellent communication skills, with advanced proficiency in English.
  • Educational background: Engineering graduate or B. Tech/MCA with relevant majors.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Angular.js, AI-driven systems, and mobile application design is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
