We is currently recruiting Sr Fashion Stylist for a renowned luxury designer house known for its exquisite fashion and bridal wear collections.



Position Details

  • Location: Delhi
  • Position: Sr Fashion Stylist
  • Experience - 10+yrs working experience in high end retail luxury brand in client advisory and customer service.
  • Job Summary - A Retail Fashion Stylist plays a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience by offering tailored fashion advice and styling services to customers. This position involves staying updated on the latest fashion trends, ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-organized, and driving sales through exceptional customer engagement and service


Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Warmly greet customers and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their unique style preferences and needs. Provide personalized styling advice and curated outfit recommendations to elevate their shopping experience. Assist in selecting clothing and accessories that perfectly complement their body type, style, and the occasion. In the event of negative feedback, proactively address concerns and offer thoughtful solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationship


Sales: Drive individual and store sales by engaging effectively with customers and utilizing upselling techniques. Promote and sell additional products, including accessories and ready-to-wear collections, while actively participating in store promotions, events, and activities to boost sales and attract new customer.


Merchandising:Ensure the sales floor remains clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times. Stay updated on current fashion trends to enhance merchandising and styling efforts. Support the setup and execution of visual displays, mannequins, and promotional signage to create an engaging shopping experience.


Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise while monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies to the store manager. Conduct regular inventory counts and support loss prevention efforts.


Product Knowledge: Stay informed about brand products, their features, and benefits while continuously educating yourself on new arrivals, upcoming collections, and the latest fashion trends to provide knowledgeable and insightful customer service.


Team Collaboration: Collaborate with store associates and management to achieve goals, actively participate in team meetings and training, and share fashion knowledge and styling tips to enhance the customer experience


Qualifications/Skills -

  • Experience in Luxury brands only
  • Strong fashion sense and knowledge of trends and designers.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and retail software.
