Our mission is to power the digital future by building scalable, cloud-native solutions with a strong foundation in modern architecture, analytics, and automation.Our team includes highly certified professionals – including product managers, analysts, data engineers/scientists, and full-stack developers – working together to deliver impactful, tailored SaaS and enterprise solutions.Role Overview:We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python (Django), React.js, and React Native, capable of building full-featured web and mobile applications, as well as secure and scalable backend services. The role involves close collaboration with our product, DevOps, and design teams to develop end-to-end features across our SaaS ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop cross-platform mobile apps using React Native (iOS & Android).Build dynamic web applications with React.js + TailwindCSS.Design, build, and maintain secure backend services using Django.Expose GraphQL and REST APIs for both mobile and web consumers.Implement and manage RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) systems in multi-tenant environments.Integrate with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases and optimize complex queries.Work with Auth0 for authentication and authorization flows.Utilize AWS ElastiCache (Redis) for caching, session storage, and performance tuning.Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and deploy to AWS Cloud (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront).Required Skills & Qualifications:3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.Strong experience in Python + Django backend development.Proficient in React.js (web) and React Native (mobile).Strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and TailwindCSS/Bootstrap.Good understanding and working knowledge of GraphQL (Apollo / Hasura / Federation) and REST APIs.Practical experience implementing RBAC policies and permission structures.Experience working with ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy, etc.) and relational databases.Hands-on usage of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience using Auth0 for secure user authentication and identity management.Working knowledge of Redis via AWS ElastiCache.Strong communication and team collaboration skills.Nice to Have:Experience with mobile performance optimization and publishing to app stores.Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecture.Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, or AWS IaC.Micro-frontend experience using Nx-Mono Repo, Webpack Module Federation or Single-SPA.How to Apply:Please send your updated resume to hr@qubitara.com including below screening questions.Subject Line: Application – Python Full Stack Developer What is your total experience (in months)?Are you willing to join as a full-time employee?Are you open to part-time engagement if applicable?What is your current in-hand monthly salary (₹)?What is your current CTC (₹ in LPA)?What is your expected CTC (₹ in LPA)?Have you implemented RBAC in your current or past projects?Have you used Auth0 in any of your projects?What is your official notice period (in days)?Are you currently serving your notice period?How soon can you join us (in days)?Or apply via LinkedIn.
