Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Trainer at Kompetenzen Technologies in Trivandrum. The Java Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on Java programming, preparing course materials, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. The Java Trainer will also assist in curriculum development and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Java programming
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to effectively teach and mentor students
- Experience in curriculum development and course design
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Relevant certifications in Java programming or teaching
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Must be Kerala Candidate
