  1. Manage and grow our social media accounts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Reddit
  2. Develop and maintain a content calendar for all social media platforms
  3. Create and schedule engaging posts, ensuring consistent brand voice and message across all channels
  4. Monitor account engagement and interact with followers, potential leads, and customers
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  6. Implement growth strategies to increase followers and engagement across all platforms
  7. Produce compelling copy for social media posts, adhering to platform-specific best practices
  8. Create and manage Story content on relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
  9. Plan and execute engagement activities and campaigns to boost audience interaction
  10. Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
  11. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure cohesive messaging and timely responses to inquiries

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Reddit
  2. Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools
  3. Good Copywriting skills
  4. Ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
  5. Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  8. Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with paid social media advertising
  2. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools
  3. Familiarity with SEO best practices
