The day-to-day tasks include overseeing manufacturing operations for needles, syringes, and Vacutainers. Responsibilities involve production planning, managing the production workflow, ensuring quality control, and optimizing operations management. The Manufacturing Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.QualificationsProficient in Production Planning and Production ManagementExperience in Quality Control and ensuring high standards of product qualityStrong skills in Manufacturing Operations and Operations ManagementExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharma, Manufacturing, or a related fieldExperience in the medical device manufacturing industry is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills
