About the jobWe’re hiring a Social Media Manager to manage a wellness/fitness/run club brand from end to end. This is a single-account role, perfect for someone who understands wellness, clean visuals, fitness culture, and storytelling.If you enjoy creating meaningful content, driving engagement, and building community-focused pages, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesPlan monthly content calendars for a wellness/fitness brandWrite clean, engaging copy (Instagram-first)Coordinate with designers/video editors for creativesUpload posts, guides, reels & stories consistentlyTrack insights, engagement, and performanceIdeate campaigns based on trends + brand personalityMaintain consistent brand voice & visual aestheticEngage with community (comments/DMs when required)Give creative direction for photoshoots & short videosWhom We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience in Social Media ManagementMust have handled at least one brand independentlyStrong understanding of fitness/wellness aestheticsKnowledge of visual taste & storytellingCan plan content buckets, hooks, and trendsGood communication + quick response timeSomeone who takes ownership, not just “posts content.”Comfortable working remotely with daily accountabilitySkills NeededSocial media strategy (Instagram-focused)Copywriting (hooks, captions, storytelling)Content planning & executionBasic knowledge of analyticsUnderstanding of reels trends + formatsCoordination with designers/editorsCompensation₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on skill, experience & portfolio)Single brand (wellness/fitness)Long-term, stable position for the right candidate
